Legiris founder Elena Kheifitz first became involved in home construction / design as an extension of her career as a PR and events management consultant with several well established Russian infrastructure companies starting in 1994. Legiris is a result of over 20 years of unrivalled knowledge of Italy's local market, customs, inner regions and business practices that she developed while living here. Elena is fluent in Italian (as well as Russian, English, and Spanish) and maintains a faculty position at Ca'Foscari University in Venice with a focus on culture and communications. This overall multinational experience coupled with a deep understanding of international business issues allows her to effectively negotiate, coordinate and bring complex projects to successful outcomes on behalf of her clients.  

Our carefully selected factories in Italy specialise in hand and machine crafted kitchens, bathrooms and next generation construction materials. In particular, we are able to source unique parquet flooring, high spec furnishings, designer radiators, next generation cement flooring (for both indoor and outdoor use) created with the use of nanotechnology, bespoke lifts for private homes, waterproofing treatments for bricks and stones, anti-deterioration treatment for wood, acoustic gypsum plasterboard and many others at a substantial saving to the client. With exclusive agreements with leading manufacturers (including Minacciolo, Martini Light and Hafro-Geromin, among others), Legiris can secure and pass onto to the developer significant cost savings (as much as 35%) on the typical purchase cost of an entire kitchen and bathroom project. This cost effective approach allows for maximising the quality of the planned project while maintaining a fixed budget.
